Overview
Advanced AMR Perception Kit for 360° Warehouse Navigation
Discover the HyperEdge 900DR advanced AMR perception kit with Jetson AGX Orin, Ouster 3D LiDAR and ZED X stereo depth for 360° warehouse robot navigation.
As AMR programmes move from prototype to fleet, robots need more sensing range, more compute headroom and fewer blind zones. The HyperEdge 900DR kit adds a 128-channel Ouster OS1 Rev8 LiDAR (360° × 45°, 90 m at 10% reflectivity) and, optionally, an Ouster OSDome with a 180° hemispherical field of view that covers the area directly around and above the robot.
The HyperEdge 900DRV combines an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin module, with 208 TOPS (32GB) or 275 TOPS (64GB), and a TI TDA4VM processor. The ZED X stereo camera connects over GMSL2 for global-shutter depth during docking and close-range obstacle detection, and the SICK S300 safety laser scanner adds a 270° scanning angle with protective fields up to 3 m. This computing and perception hardware supports Physical AI applications on larger or faster indoor robots.
The kit is supplied as hardware. Navigation, SLAM and perception software are developed or provided by the customer.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the HyperEdge 700R and 900DR AMR kits?
The HyperEdge 700R kit uses Jetson Orin NX (up to 157 TOPS) with a Livox Mid-360S LiDAR. The HyperEdge 900DR kit uses Jetson AGX Orin (up to 208 or 275 TOPS) plus a TI TDA4VM, with a 128-channel Ouster OS1 Rev8 LiDAR and an optional OSDome, for longer range and fewer blind zones.
What is the difference between Ouster OS1 and OSDome LiDAR?
The Ouster OS1 Rev8 is a mid-range 360° × 45° LiDAR for primary perception, with a range of 90 m at 10% reflectivity. The OSDome Rev8 has a 180° hemispherical field of view for overhead and immediate near-field coverage, up to 20 m at 10% reflectivity.
Why does an AMR need 360° LiDAR coverage?
360° LiDAR lets the robot detect obstacles, people and racking in every direction. This supports localisation, mapping and safe path planning in busy aisles.
What is the HyperEdge 900DRV used for in this kit?
The HyperEdge 900DRV is CORE BOLT's Edge AI Computer in this kit. It runs AI inference and sensor processing for the LiDAR and camera data on the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin and the TI TDA4VM.
Is navigation or SLAM software included?
No. The kit provides the computing and perception hardware. SLAM, navigation and application software are developed or provided by the customer.
Can the kit be used outdoors?
The Ouster sensors are IP68/IP69K, but the HyperEdge 900DRV is IP5X and is not water-rated. Outdoor or wet deployments need a suitable enclosure.
What does the SICK S300 safety laser scanner do on an AMR?
The SICK S300 scans a 270° field and monitors configurable protective and warning fields up to 3 m around the robot. When an object enters a protective field, the robot's safety controller can slow or stop it. Up to 16 field sets can be switched as speed or direction changes.
