    Return & Warranty Policy

    Thank you for choosing CORE BOLT (www.core-bolt.com). We specialize in OEM hardware design, manufacturing, and supply of advanced robotics, automation, EV, and industrial hardware components. Please read our Return & Warranty Policy carefully before making a purchase.

    1. Return / Replacement Policy

    All products sold by CORE BOLT are non-returnable and non-replaceable.

    • Once an order is confirmed and the product is sold or dispatched, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.
    • We do not accept returns for reasons including but not limited to incorrect selection, change of requirements, project cancellation, or compatibility issues.

    We strongly recommend customers to review product specifications, datasheets, and application requirements carefully before placing an order.

    2. Warranty Coverage

    While returns and replacements are not offered, warranty support is provided for eligible products.

    Warranty includes:

    • Manufacturing defects
    • Functional failure under normal operating conditions
    • Defects arising from material or workmanship issues

    Warranty does NOT cover:

    • Physical damage, mishandling, or abuse
    • Electrical damage due to incorrect power supply, wiring, or installation
    • Damage caused by environmental conditions beyond specified limits
    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
    • Normal wear and tear

    Warranty duration varies by product and brand and will be clearly mentioned in the quotation, proforma invoice, or product documentation.

    3. Warranty Claim Process

    To raise a warranty claim, customers must:

    1. Notify CORE BOLT within the applicable warranty period
    2. Share proof of purchase (Invoice / Order ID)
    3. Provide detailed issue description, images, videos, or logs if required

    Upon verification, CORE BOLT will:

    • Repair the product or
    • Provide technical support / corrective action

    Note: Warranty service does not imply product replacement or refund.

    4. Inspection & Acceptance

    • Customers are advised to inspect products immediately upon receipt.
    • Any transit damage must be reported to the logistics provider at the time of delivery.
    • CORE BOLT is not responsible for damages caused during shipping once the product is handed over to the carrier.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    CORE BOLT shall not be liable for:

    • Project delays
    • Loss of business, revenue, or profits
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product

    Our maximum liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the product supplied.

    6. Custom & OEM Products

    All custom-built, OEM, or made-to-order products are strictly non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.

    7. Policy Acceptance

    By placing an order with CORE BOLT, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Warranty Policy.

    CORE BOLT reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
